Delete your LabAn account

This page explains how to delete your account for the LabAn app (MTLE review app for Android), made by Maynard Lance Cabañero.

Delete it in the app

1. Open LabAn and sign in with Google if you are not already signed in.
2. Go to Profile, then Settings.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. In the "Delete your account?" box, tap Delete account to confirm. You may be asked to sign in with Google again to confirm it is you.

Delete it without the app

Email [email protected] from the email address you signed in with, and ask us to delete your LabAn account. If you have uninstalled the app or lost your phone, this is the way to do it.

What is deleted

• Your LabAn sign-in account (Firebase Authentication), including the email address, name, profile photo and user ID stored with it.

If you ask us to delete your account, we delete it within 30 days (see the Privacy Policy).

What is kept

• Study progress: your answers, scores, flags, mock exam results and settings are stored only on your phone, not on any server. Deleting your account does not remove them. Profile → Settings → Reset my progress removes your answers, flags and mock exam results; your name, exam date, daily goal and settings stay until you uninstall the app (or clear its storage).
• Purchase records: kept for as long as Philippine tax law requires, even after your account is deleted. Google Play and RevenueCat also keep their own records of your purchases.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions
